The candidates will learn:

The relationship between occlusion, bruxism and temporomandibular disorders.

The most favorable condylar position for restorative dentistry and TMD.

To differentiate cases that require orthodontic or restorative procedures from those that do not.

When to consider surgical therapy for a patient.
·       
Which headaches are best managed in the dental office and how to successfully treat them.
·       
The appropriate use of occlusal appliance therapy.
