The candidates will learn:

·   To identify pain disorders that will respond to therapy from those that will not.
· The relationship between occlusion, bruxism and temporomandibular disorders.
·     The most favorable condylar position for restorative dentistry and TMD.
·      To differentiate cases that require orthodontic or restorative procedures from those that do not.
·       When to consider surgical therapy for a patient.
·       Which headaches are best managed in the dental office and how to successfully treat them.
·       The appropriate use of occlusal appliance therapy.
